Michael Gorman is a process improvement expert with 17 years of experience leading multi-site health care businesses. He has a reputation for building high-performance teams and expanding organizations. He is a champion of innovation and efficiency to ensure financial growth. Mike has a proven track record of increasing patient satisfaction and employee engagement. Prior to joining Kids Care, he was regional CEO for Falck, a health care and emergency services company, in Southern California.
Mike has a bachelor’s in biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio and an MBA in accounting and finance from Regis University in Colorado. He also is a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt.
Mike is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing softball and basketball from time to time. These days, he enjoys spending the majority of his time with his wife and two daughters attending soccer games and other outdoor activities.
